shhh!

Do you ever go through this? I write my blog for myself, to share my thoughts, pictures and life in general. I started blogging as an outlet for my life. People have jumped on the bandwagon and started reading and commenting. People have followed me for a while, where as others have for only a short time. I know that I have some blogs that I've followed for a long time and others that I've dropped once I felt I wasn't "getting much" from it anymore. I just have to laugh sometimes on how excited I still get over seeing comments. I enjoy seeing that people are reading my blog. I enjoy reading your thoughts about my posts, pictures and what nots. I enjoy seeing that you took time to actually leave a thought. But, at the same time I often wonder why are my numbers dropping? Why are less people reading and commenting on my blog? Is it not interesting anymore? Did I change something that they are missing? Did I offend them in someway?

Now, I'm not going to stop blogging cause people aren't commenting as much. I post for me, I post what's on my mind. I post what I want to share, and not always what I think you want to see. But, that doesn't mean I don't stop and think,.... hmmmm why are my readers so quiet?

  2. With my experience with other bloggers... it seems like we're all getting a little busy for blogging... when was the last time I even blogged? lol... Anyway, it's hard to find the time to comment... most of us are trying to just keep up and READ the blogs... lol.

  3. I think it's just a busy time of year for most people.

Your blog is still great and I try to read it as much as I can because we have so much in common with our little boys!

  4. I read your blog. :) Everytime there's a new post.

I've been busier than normal and haven't had as much time to comment, but I do read.

  5. You and I are always on the same page! I literally just hit publish on a post mentioning the same thing - though I was much more whiney and imature about it all. I could learn some class from you!

  6. I don't get many readers and I love comments. It used to bother me until I realized that I can print my blog. Now I am really using it like a journal and the printed copies as memoirs for my girls. The comments are just a great, great bonus. I still love your blog.
