Yesterday Blake was looking for a snack so we made JELL-O Pudding 
Singles. This was great! You put the mix in a cup, add a 1/2 cup of milk and mix vigorously. Then let stand for 5 min and ta-da.... you've got pudding. It tasted pretty good too. Blake helped mix it so if you have older kids they can pretty much make it all on their own.
My kids love pudding. Though Riley ends up needing a bath after he eats any of it ;)
