September

Can you believe it's already September? Sometimes it seems to me like time is standing still and then I realize that in a little over 2 months Blake will turn 2. In 3 days Colby will be 3 months. I look at how much my guys change in a day, week, month, year and say... wow!

In August, Colby learned to laugh, smile, and talk up a storm (ok babble up a storm). He now playing in the jump-a-roo and is beginning to set a routine for himself. He moved out of the bassinet in our bedroom and into the crib in his own room. (now if he'd only go back to sleeping through the night I'd be a happy Momma!)

In August, Blake began talking more and more. Ok so I'm the only one who understands a majority of what he says, but once I tell people what he said they hear it too. He speaks in phrases "thank you" "you're welcome" "I did it" for example. He also learned to say Colby's name and a lot of other words. He still has to take me places to show me what he means often, but we are getting there.

My guys are doing well... loving life! What more can a Mommy ask for??
