Not Me Monday (week 4)

Here it is...

Don't you just love Not Me Monday?? If you do, why not join in? Stop over at my charming kids and read MckMomma's post and the posts of 100s of other people who are just ready to step up and tell you what they did not do this past week. What is better than airing all your OMG moments for the world to read and laugh about?

I did not eat 4 chocolate peanut butter cookies in one day. And, I certainly did not have those cookies in the house because I made the cookies for my husband to take to a football game, but keep a few out for me to have over the weekend.

I did not feel like a bad mother when my 4 month old was having an inconsolable moment again... 3 times in one weekend is tough (ummm I mean not tough) when you are home alone

I did not neglect cleaning the bathrooms for over a week just because I've been tired at night. Noooo I would not put off cleaning the house

I did not panic when all of my replies to MckMomma's blog got bounced back at me. Nope! I know she has enough readers and doesn't need to worry over 1 little persons posts not getting through. I did not also worry that it would mean I couldn't participate in Not Me Monday.... No that would be silly. And, I did not e-mail her about it... no I know she has a busy life and has much better things to do like... oh I don't know take care of her MSC and prepare for a newborn who is set to arrive in a few weeks.... noooo I am more considerate than that

I did not think about what I was going to write for my Not Me Monday posts in my head while I was nursing Colby last night. I certainly did not do that to keep my mind off the concern that we were going to have another screaming ... I hate the world moment... just before bed... NOPE not me!

I did not type up this post at 4:40 in the morning... no I would never be up that early, and certainly wouldn't spend time on the computer if I was

Sooo what did you not do this week? Join in the fun!

  3. I did not feel like running away when I had to stay up all night because my 4 month old decided he wanted to scream from midnight to 4 am this morning for no apparent reason.

I know what you mean about those inconsolable moments and being the only one home to deal with them...*sigh*

  12. Oh, these are great!!! I'd never eat cookie after cookie all by myself either. Especially not the frosted sugar cookies that were for my daughter's preschool class on her b'day.

Your blog is wonderful. I'll be back!

  16. I soooo can relate to those frustrating screaming fits before bed!
I, too, am a former teacher (1st grade, 7 years)turned SAHM. My girls are almost 17 months apart. I definitely think 22 six year olds have nothing on 2 toddlers!
