Aloha Friday (week 4)

Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.

"In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response."

She then asks that you post a question on your blog for others to answer.

Go to An Island Life and answer her question and check out the other questions too! Answer mine, answer hers, answer all...your choice. Let me know if you post a question on your blog and I'll stop by and answer yours!

This weeks question is...

Do you think the groundhog will see it's shadow on Monday??

I think he will see his shadow this year... sadly I think it is going to continue to be a long winter!

  1. I hope he sees his shadow..I want some snow or ice or something that resembles winter in the south!

  2. My vote is yes. I am so ready for winter to be over, but I am a bit pessamistic about this.

  3. You know my answer to this one -- I sure hope he does.

I saw on tv last night Environment Canada's prediction for Feb and March. The long term prediction is normal. No high volumes of snow or extreme cold.

At this point I am happy with that!!

  10. Sad to say I think he will see his shadow and winter will drag out forever. LOL...

I can't believe it is time for the Groundhog... 6 more weeks gives me something to start counting down.

  11. I'm not sure...but I do kind of hope for a long winter (and lots of rain), as California is really short on water! I don't like droughts!

  13. This year I think he will not see his shadow because he wishes to be a people pleaser (I hope).

  14. Since we haven't gotten much snow (and unseasonably warm temperatures earlier in the winter), I have a feeling that the groundhog will see his shadow... It's possible we'll see a past trend of getting snow dumped on us in February or March. Of course, I could be all wrong, because Mother Nature has not been playing nice this year, and she might be in cahoots with the groundhog... ;)
