you know it is going to be a hot day when it is not even 7am and it's already in the 80s! At 6:30am I was watching the news and they said it was 80 outside and the heat index brought the real feel up to 91... at 6:30am that is not the forecasted temperature that was the actual temperature at the time. I normal low for this time of the year is 71ish not 81ish!

OH YES! This whole weekend we went over 100 degrees. It was 8 am and already 92. HORRIBLE. I sure hope my AC can make it through another SC summer. :o) Stay cool Lori!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking about that just yesterday..if it's this hot outside right now what is August going to feel like? It was in the 90s yesterday when we were at the ballpark...goodness!!!! and the humidity makes it so much worse...we have tons of humidity in SC!

I was in Dothan, AL last week visiting and there were record breaking temps at least 3 days in a row. It was 100-102 all week. I thought I was going to die just walking through a parking lot to my car!

I know! We're miserable too. Trying to keep us occupied in 1200 sq. ft. is getting old. Even the pool is too hot. It feels like a warm bath instead of a cool pool. YUCK! I will be glad when it cools off.

ReplyDeleteGeesh! We have only hit the 80's as a high here for the first time today in weeks. I have been loving these lower temps and dread the 90's! Only problem, the lower temps have brought a lot of rain. hmmm its a toss-up.

ReplyDeleteYikes that is hot! We've haven't really had too much hot weather in NJ yet just muggy and RAINY! Seriously the rain has been ridiculous I don't think we have had a beautiful, sunny rainless day in a month!
