Christmas Cookie week!

Every year one of my favorite things to do is bake Christmas cookies. Ok yes I bake cookies all the time, but for some reason this is just different. Maybe it is because I bake a lot of cookies in one shot? Maybe because I give them away as gifts? Maybe it's because I make some that I never make the rest of the year? Who knows. It probably is a lot of memories of baking with my mom every year at Christmas

This is Christmas Cookie baking week for me. I am making snowball cookies (ie Russian tea cookies), chocolate mint blossoms, peanut butter peanut butter cup cookies, spritz cookies, and oatmeal caramel cookies.

I try to change what I bake each year. I try to have one chocolate cookie, one peanut butter, one sugar and then go from there.

Do you bake Christmas cookies? Do you bake the same ones every year? What is your favorite Christmas cookie?

    I haven't started yet, but I like to do sugar cookies each year and then let the kids decorate them. They love it!

    I am actually baking cookies when I get home tonight! I love making sugar, peanut butter and snickerdoodles! My grandmother has some sour cream cookies that I LOVE to eat but i've never been able to make them like she does
